Senior School Awards Ceremony 2016 (added 16/09/2016)
Last night we held our annual Senior School Awards Ceremony 2016.  It was a fantastic evening, we are extremely proud of our young people and there is no better way to celebrate pupil achievement and outstanding contribution than to share an evening with invited guests, staff, parents and pupils alike. As a Christian community it is important to us to celebrate the successes of our learners, using our God given talents and sheer hard work. A massive well done to everyone, particularly staff for their support it is very much appreciated. CONGRATULATIONS to each and every one of you! Photographs of last nights event will appear soon in our gallery.

Aiming Higher in Malawi (updated 16/09/2016)
Staff and pupils have returned safely from the schools latest humanitarian visit to Malawi.  All staff, current and former pupils succeeded in their objective to make a difference to the lives of those most in need.  We visited numerous villiages, prisons, orphanages, partnership primary and secondary schools and child nursery settings and extended our support through offering much needed resources.  We are proud to inform you that we were able to support many programmes while in Malawi. Our fundraising supported Sister Anna's insurmountable task of feeding and clothing thousands of people on a daily basis. Our ICT resources will enhance the delivery of the national curriculum at all levels, our hygiene packs for all prisoners will make their existence in extreme environments more bearable and young offenders will be able to undertake educational opportunities in rehabilitations centres due to the successful implementation of classrooms and the purchase of desks to facilitate effective learning and teaching.  The changes that we observed from last years visit following our support was immense.  The living conditions have improved for many as a result of our care and support.  Our experiences this year will motivate and drive us forward in our challenge to continue to raise funds for the implemetation of St Margaret's Women's Refuge Centre.  The trip was extremely humbling and reminded us all of our christian values and our committment to helping others.
Check out some of our photographs from this years trip in our gallery.  Click here.

Since our return we are proud to share with you the first building constructed as part of our new St Margaret's Woman's Refuge. This building signifies the start of a more safe, secure and positive future for many. We can all hope for a brighter future. A new village, a new community is born as a result of hard work, determination, faith and love for our brothers and sisters in Malawi. To view the progress from wasteland to homeland click 'About Us' then choose 'Aiming Higher in Malawi'.
